Rules and Restrictions

  • Restrictions and blackout dates may apply; room based on availability.
  • Only one entry per day, per person.
  • There will be three giveaways per year, so entries will be accepted all year.
  • Winner will be drawn randomly from all entries at a date to be determined three times a year.
  • Dates for drawings will be posted online. Winner will be notified by phone or email, and if winner doesn’t confirm within five (5) days of notification, a new winner will be chosen.
  • Entry automatically puts you on a permission list to receive special promotions from VisitLudington.com. If you do not wish to be on a permissions list to receive special promotional information, please “un-check” the box labeled “Please include me for giveaways, coupons, specials, and promotions” on the form above.
  • Must be 21 years or older to win.
  • Contest open to residents of the U.S., its territories, and possessions.
  • Prize may be transferable.
  • Winner is responsible for any taxes and insurance/security deposits associated with prize, as well as travel costs to Ludington, MI.
  • Contest is not open to employees and family members of Advantage Marketing & Publications, Inc.
